Guillaume Hodouin is a senior consulting actuary in Towers Watson’s Lausanne office. He has 14 years’ experience of advising multinationals as well as pension schemes in the areas of international accounting standards, funding valuations, benefit design and strategic HR services. He manages client relationships, coordinates service delivery of a number of international clients of TW Swiss offices and supports internal improvements to our valuation process. In the Lausanne office Guillaume is mainly responsible for the international accounting valuation for many clients, cost optimisation strategies and supporting clients with strategic HR changes creating a complete employment deal with their employees.
Guillaume graduated from Québec Laval University in Canada with a degree in actuarial science in 1998 and became a Fellow of both the American Society of Actuaries and the Canadian Institute of Actuaries in 2007. He worked previously for Towers Watson in Canada and in Asia for many years. He transferred to Towers Watson Switzerland in 2012. In addition to French, his mother tongue, Guillaume is also fluent in English.
